Youth Ministries

Youth Ministries means more than the weekly Sabbath School.

SCRIPTURE: "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it."  Proverbs 22:6     
 

AIM: “The Advent Message to All the World in This Generation”
MOTTO: “The Love of Christ Constraineth Us.” 2 Corinthians 5:14

PLEDGE: “Loving the Lord Jesus, I promise to take an active part in the work of the Adventist Youth Society, doing what I can to help others and to finish the work of the gospel in  all the world.” 
 

OBJECTIVES

1   To train the youth to work for other youth

2   To recruit the youth to help their church and “those who profess to be Sabbathkeepers”

3   To work “for those who are not of our faith”

 

Action Steps

1   pray together

2   study the Word together

3   fellowship together in Christian social interaction

4   act together in small groups to carry out well-laid plans for witnessing

5   develop tact and skill and talent in the Master’s service

6   encourage one another in spiritual growth

 

Youth Ministries provides support and encouragement for young people at what can be a most critical part of their Christian experience.
